Participants learn how to confidently navigate job fairs with purpose and preparation. The session focuses on how to research employers in advance, prepare a strong elevator pitch, dress professionally, and follow up effectively after meeting recruiters. Attendees practice introducing themselves and learn strategies to stand out in competitive environments.
