Empowerment Hour: Avoid Negative Thinking

Negative thinking affects all of us. We all have had negative thoughts, and they cause undue stress, sadness, and anger. Learning to avoid negative thinking can help us all reduce those unnecessary stressors. Avoiding negative thoughts also has a number of benefits. Be happier, be calmer, have more time to react positively, and other benefits can help us avoid our negative thoughts in the future, too!
