The Montgomery County school board voted unanimously to begin returning 500 students in special education and 230 career and technical education programs to schools on March 1. Special education students will have at-school classes four days a week. Students in the other programs will have a mix of in-person and virtual class. The board also voted to begin its full four-phase reopening plan for the rest of MCPS’ 161,000 students, beginning March 15. Learn more here.
