Earn Maryland is a new, state-founded, competitive workforce development grant program that is industry- led, regional in focus, and a proven strategy for helping business cultivate the skilled workforce they need to complete. Through EARN Maryland, Transmosis built the Maryland Cyber Skills Alliance (MCSA) that provides qualified Maryland residents with full scholarships that fast tracks them into high paying cybersecurity careers. The intensive cybersecurity training and certification program’s first cohort of 20 applicants was offered full scholarships, each worth approximately $10,000.
